1- Drums & Tanks engineering department :
1) Pressure Vessels (Vertical And Horizontal) The vessels are made in various sizes and pressure by using creditable world standards such as: ASME/BS /DIN/API and different software programs such as: PV elite, Cadecalc., F.E Pipe, Nozzle Pro, Tank. MFS common material for this type of equipment are C.S., S.S , Clad Plates and NACE Plates for sour services.
2) Storage Tank (Fixed And Floating Roofs) M.F.S. designs and fabricates floating roof storage tanks with the capacity of 100 up to 220/000 m3 and fixed roof storage tanks with the capacity of 10 up to 220/000 m3.
3) Pressure Storage Tanks M.F.S. designs and fabricates different kinds of storage tanks for supplying CI2, N2, O2, Co2 and LNG in various sizes.
4) L.P.G Tanks M.F.S. also designs and fabricates L.P.G tanks. These tanks have different capacities from 500 up to 3000 and their design pressure is 250 PSI.
5) Gas Filter Separators Design and fabrication of these Gas Filter Separators with a capacity of 2000 up to 35000 SMCH and work pressure of 200 up to 1000 PSI are based an ASME standard.
6) Dry Gas Filters
MFS designs and fabricates this equipment utilizing ASME Standard Sec VIII,
Div. I.
MFS designs and fabricates different kinds of Deaerators according to creditable US /European standards such as HEI & ASME code.
Design and fabrication of different kinds of Heat Exchangers are based
on TEMA and ASME standards.
9) Gas Scrubbers MFS designs and fabricates Gas Scrubbers and Filter Scrubbers by using different softwares such as HYSIM and CFD Modeling.
10) Gas Heaters (Indirect) These Heaters made by using ASME standard and FIHR software. The capacity is 2500 up to 8000 SCMH and work pressure of 200 up to 1000 PSI.
